• Redesigned a US lending operations platform, consolidating 20+ navigation destinations into nine functional domains (direction approved within six weeks), and led the redesign of an AI-powered PR platform whose onboarding, campaign management and analytics the client launched.

• Shaped product direction and led design from concept to launch for a community finance platform, directing designers, engineers and growth marketers through expansion from rotational savings into personal savings, shared goals, shared pots and managed plans.
• Designed a WhatsApp agent around coordinators' existing workflows, letting them onboard members and manage contributions without an app download, and introduced a tiered Trust Score linking on-time contributions to earlier payouts.

• Designed an internal procurement and finance platform coordinating purchasing, approvals and payments across eleven enterprise roles and external vendors, from requisition and sourcing to invoice matching and payment approval.
• Translated finance-control requirements into exception queues, segregation-of-duties rules, audit trails and role-specific dashboards; finance teams used the platform to identify and resolve unmatched invoices.

• Built a shared design system with colour foundations, design tokens and reusable components, adopted by design and engineering across three products to replace separate interface patterns and support consistent implementation.
• Established documentation and usage guidance as a shared team reference, reducing recurring cross-team questions and shortening onboarding for new members.
